Pakistani conjoined twins have been given a new life in Saudi Arabia. The twins, who were joined at the lower chest, abdomen, and shared one liver, have been successfully separated through a surgery.
The surgery on Fatima and Mashael was conducted at the King Abdullah Specialist Hospital for Children in King Abdulaziz Medical City for the National Guard in Riyadh on Saturday.
According to media reports, the medical team of 20 doctors and specialists made it a success.
The twins arrived in Riyadh on March 3.
