Saudi Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defence, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, has received a written message from Badr bin Saeed Al Busaidi, Omani Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, SPA, the message, handed over by the Omani Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, included an announcement of Oman's intention joining the Islamic military coalition to fight terrorism.
The Saudi Deputy Crown Prince expressed his appreciation of the leadership of Oman's support for the efforts of Saudi Arabia in the leadership of the coalition.
The Sultanate of Oman will become the forty-first member of the Islamic military coalition to fight terrorism.
