The over 14 minutes long footage begins with images of a training session in the middle of a desert, as the Daesh calls children and teenagers recruited into the terror group.
A trainer said five of the children have won a competition.
The video has been released by the information office of the militants in the Al Jair province.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), said the place where the murders took place is the citadel of Rahba in Mayadin village, the main bastion of the Daesh in the east of Deir ez-Zor.
According to data published by SOHR in July, Daesh has recruited more than 1,100 children in Syrian territory since the beginning of this year.
