Bahrain has arrested two fugitives suspected to be involved in the July 28 bombing in Sitra in which two policemen were killed and six injured.
The arrested suspects were convicted in absentia in other terrorist cases. They are Laith Khalil Al Tooq, 21, and Ibrahim Jafar Al Muamen, 28.
An investigation had led to the discovery of a terrorist group operating through interconnected networks. The group's five members have already been arrested and the details were released in a statement on August 13.
Former MP and member of Al Wefaq National Islamic Political Society, Isa Hassan, was arrested last month in connection of the blast. He was arrested after returning from Iran.
