Thank you for providing a platform where we can get such helpful advice every week. I am a 35-year-old male and worried about how much hair I'm losing every day. It seems to be getting thinner and drier by the day. Please suggest a solution for my problem.

Thank you for your kind words. It feels good to know that my work does not go unnoticed, even by my male readers. In order to have healthy hair, the scalp requires nourishment. Massage it with aloe vera gel and half a teaspoon of onion juice to stimulate and nourish the scalp. Onion juice works very well to arrest hair fall. Do this every day or three times a week and leave on for at least an hour before rinsing.
I'm 22 years old. I moved to the UK about a year ago, prior to which I lived in India for a year as well. But ever since both moves, I've been noticing a lot of pimples crop up on my face. Most of them are just marks that refuse to leave now. I thought it was the pollution in India that was affecting my skin so drastically but it's become so much worse now in the UK. Can you please suggest a quick-acting remedy to get rid of acne marks?

Mix tomato purée with aloe vera gel and add some cornflour to make a mask; apply this to the affected areas. Rinse after it becomes crisp or dry. Tomato is acidic and helps to dry acne and shrink pores, aloe vera works to cleanse and calm the skin, while cornflour smoothes it out. Do this every day for best results.
My three-month-old baby has cradle cap. I'm using a milky baby oil on his scalp but he's still losing hair. Can you give me a remedy to solve the problem and boost his hair growth?

After giving your baby a shower, apply two drops of castor oil to his hair, while it is still damp. Castor oil is very nourishing and sticks to the hair, keeping treatment intact. This will help the hair grow again.
I'm a 21-year-old girl. Almost three months ago, I waxed my upper lips with a wax strip and ended up peeling my skin in the process. To date, I can't get rid of the discolouration of the skin there. I've tried countless home remedies but, just as I think it's about to fade, it only appears again with a darker colour. Please help.

A regular application of coconut milk on the marks, left overnight, will help lighten and improve the condition of your skin. Coconut milk repairs and lightens skin. Done every day, it will prove most helpful in your predicament right now.
I'm a 13-year-old girl and have a lot of nits and lice in my hair. I tried many hair care ointments but none have been effective so far. I also have a little dandruff. I am unable to follow your remedies with milk or milk products in them, due to allergies. Could you suggest a solution accordingly?

Tea tree oil helps with nits and dandruff. Dampen the hair and sprinkle a few drops of tea tree oil between the hair partings. Leave the oil in your hair to dry. Use a fine comb to run through your hair in the morning. This will bring out the nits and cleanse the dandruff from the scalp too. Done three times a week, it will help cleanse your scalp completely.
