I am from Pakistan. Being a workaholic, I often don't get enough time for myself. My eyes remain puffy and there are dark circles below them. My skin is loosening. Please suggest remedies.

Drink enough warm water with grated ginger and lemon juice when you wake up. This helps drain toxins and other waste from the body, thus reducing puffy eyes. Always sleep with extra pillows under the neck. Take a cold ice pack, add cucumber juice and rose water to it, and apply on the eyes. Also, every night, take a few drops of coconut oil and aloe vera gel in same quantity, mix well and pat it gently over the eyes. Leave overnight for best results.

I am a 15-year-old girl. How can I have a fair face and body? When I was a child, I used to be fair, but my skin tone began to darken with age. Please can you suggest a natural remedy? Also, any suggestions on how to treat pimples?
- Sara
You are essentially looking at skin lightening and pimple treatments. Take 1 tsp aloe vera gel, and add 5 drops of tea tree oil. Add 1 tbsp coconut milk and cornflour to it. Mix it well and apply the mask on your face;  rinse only when it has dried. Remember to use cold water for this. When going out in the sun, apply SPF 20 minutes before stepping out, and reapply every
two hours.

My sister is 26 years old and has extremely sensitive and dry skin. She's also begun to get wrinkles under her eyes. She's tried different remedies, but nothing works. Anything she applies leads to formation of pimples. Please suggest a remedy.

Banana is the easiest, and best, treatment for fine lines and helps in achieving smooth skin. Mash a banana, then add mashed boiled rice and honey to it. You should get a thick and creamy mask. Apply daily on face and under the eyes. Rinse with water that's neither too hot nor too cold. Drinking two litres of water daily will also help hydrate the skin.

My hair is frizzy and I also need to arrest hair fall. Is it good to mix castor oil with coconut oil, olive oil and Vitamin E oil for hair?              - Ritu
Castor oil mixed with coconut oil is a great combination to arrest hair fall. Both oils need to be heated a bit before you massage into your scalp. You could also use extra virgin olive oil to nourish your hair further.
