I am a 15-year-old girl. I want to know if a gram flour and turmeric mask will help in removing upper lip hair. If not, can you please suggest a remedy? Can you also suggest one for the dark circles around my eyes? Thanks!

Mix half a tsp of turmeric with a tbsp of gram flour, along with some egg white or rice starch to make a paste. This is a great home remedy for hair removal. To reduce your dark circles, use a couple of used tea bags - warm and chilled ones alternately (make sure there's no milk in the bags) - as eye pads for a few minutes every day.
I am 44 years old and diabetic. Whenever I eat sweets, I get black boils or scars on my back. Is there a natural remedy to get rid of this problem?

Firstly, the most important thing to do is to make sure you're drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water every day. Fresh juices, especially green juices - like a mix of wheat grass, mint, coriander, celery and cucumber - are very good for your condition and you should have one every day. Applying some mint paste on your boils will help.
I'm a 19-year-old girl with thinning hair. The hair on the top of my head is especially thin, making me look like I'm balding. Can you please suggest a remedy?

Castor oil is a natural nourishing and thickening agent for the hair. Massage one tbsp of castor oil mixed with two tbsps of almond oil onto your scalp. Then use a steaming treatment for your scalp and shampoo your hair after an hour with a protein shampoo. Add protein-rich foods to your diet and eat plenty of green leafy vegetables. Steam your scalp every day for best results.
I am 28 years old. My skin got tanned while I was swimming. Can you suggest a home remedy to get rid of the tan?

A regular face/body mask made with coconut milk and cornflour is very effective at clearing a tan. Leave it on for a good 30 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
I have to shampoo my hair every day for it to look fresh and non-greasy. I used to think that my hair was greasy due to the oily food I ate but despite cutting down on it, I noticed no change. I have also used shampoos for oil control, but to no avail. Can you please help me figure out the reason for my greasy hair and suggest a remedy?

Mix two tbsps of gram flour, two tbsps of lemon juice and a glass of filtered water. Massage this mixture into your scalp and apply over your hair. When dry, rinse with cold water. Do this three times a week before shampooing. Avoid hot air from things like hair dryers. Instead, allow your hair to dry naturally.
