I have healthy hair which becomes a little dry and frizzy for a day after shampooing, but is usually fine. The problem is when I use conditioner after shampooing - clumps of hair fall out. When I use only shampoo, I lose only a few strands. What causes hair fall from conditioners, and could you suggest some natural/homemade conditioner substitutes I can use?

When you are using a conditioner, ensure that you are not massaging it on to your scalp. It is possible that commercial hair conditioners do not suit your hair. Instead, use natural ingredients such as almond or coconut milk; these can be massaged on to the scalp and the length of your hair - particularly good if you have brittle, dry hair.
Can you please suggest a remedy to clear patchy skin?

A gentle papaya mask can be used every day. This will help exfoliate the skin and keep it clear and smooth. Simply apply and leave it on your face for about 30 minutes and scrub clean with warm water, followed by a cold water rinse.
This is the fourth month after my second delivery, and I have noticed a sudden increase in hair fall. It started about a month ago, and now even when I touch my hair, it starts falling. I have dry, curly hair. Please suggest a remedy.

Take lightly warmed olive oil and add a few drops of lemon juice to this. Massage on to your scalp and follow it up by using a steamed towel to make the treatment more effective. You must also take care of your diet. Eat nourishing food such as nuts, eggs, fish, spinach, fresh fruits and vegetables, and have 8-10 glasses of water daily.
I have hair on my upper lip but do not want to wax it. I am looking for a good natural remedy. Any suggestions?

Mix a tablespoon of powdered oats with warm milk and a pinch of turmeric powder to create a sticky mask. Apply this on to your face, and before the mask dries up, start scrubbing against the hair growth. Do this three times a week for the best results. Turmeric brightens the skin and speeds hair removal, while oats smoothens skin and milk adds to the exfoliating process.
