I’m a 17-year-old guy, and the only person in my circle of friends who does not have a beard. Are there any natural methods to speed up the growth of facial hair? Raheem
Shaving the face around the beard area every day will help stimulate the follicles and should activate hair growth. Also, try steaming your face, and following this with a facial massage — these will definitely help.
I am 26 years old, and have a bad habit of biting my lip. Because of this, my lower lip line does not look good — right below the lip line is another black line, which I have had since the age of 19. I have tried many face masks with almond milk and coconut milk, and while they have improved the texture of my face, the line remains. Please suggest an effective solution, as I’m finding it increasingly difficult to face people.  - Rose
Massage vitamin E oil onto the line every morning and night, and leave it on the skin for some time. This should help smoothen and lighten the line.
I have a lot of pimples and they leave marks, which I want to get rid of. Can you suggest a home remedy?  - Ishita
Tomato juice is the best solution for your skin. Rub a slice of tomato on your face every day and allow the extract to dry. You can even leave this on overnight. Rinse with cold water afterwards. Do this everyday.
What kind of hair masks can we use to beat the summer heat? Will a mayonnaise and yoghurt hair mask help at all? Aysha
Yoghurt and aloe vera gel are the best solutions to help your hair during the harsh summer months.
I’m a 56-year-old woman diagnosed with osteoarthritis and have been advised by a doctor to swim for exercise. Unfortunately, I cannot swim during the winter months as my body becomes very itchy. It had gotten so bad I had to go see a dermatologist, but the creams and lotions suggested by the doctor did not help. I think the pool water at my local club makes my skin dry and that leads to severe itching. Please give me some advice on the matter.

Make a mask using sesame paste and honey, and apply this on the entire body. Scrub off when dry with warm water, and apply a body lotion. Do this every day for best results.
