The India Real Estate Show 2018 to be held on October 26 and 27 (Friday, Saturday) at the Crowne Plaza, Sheikh Zayed Road, is a good opportunity for NRIs to check out attractive offers for properties in India. Leading developers from India will attend the event, which is being organised by Khaleej Times and Indiabulls Home Loans.
The inaugural edition of the show is aimed at offering NRIs direct access to a pool of developers, consultants, contractors and agents all under one roof. It will feature over 150 properties being showcased by 50+ developers. Financial institutions will also be at hand offering attractive payment plans, instant home loans approval and zero per cent processing fee.
Besides, there will be instant cash discounts, pre-launch offers and raffle draws for the over 5,000 visitors who are estimated to attend the event.
With the UAE dirham currently offering the best ever exchange rate against the Indian rupee, industry experts are urging NRIs to take the plunge and leverage the decline in Indian property prices. Reforms in the Indian property market are also lending confidence to NRIs to reinvest in the market.
"All intelligent buyers enter when a market is down and take the position to benefit from rising prices. This is the right time for NRIs to re-enter the Indian real estate market in a big way. It will make a big difference to their investments in the next five years. This opportunity should not be missed. India will continue growing in a big way," Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, founder and MD of Hiranandani Group and Hiranandani Communities and president of the National Real Estate Development Council, said.
South Indian superstar Nivin Pauly is also scheduled to visit the real estate exhibition on Friday. Properties from across India, including Kerala, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Lucknow and more cities, will be showcased at the event.
Some of the leading developers participating at the show are the Hiranandani Group, Godrej, Mantri, Indiabulls Real Estate, Bramha Corp, Omaxe, Embassy and Artha, among others. The show has a range of options to suit every budget with properties starting from Rs1,800,000. The show offers free entry. - deepthi@khaleejtimes.com
