Dubai - NCMS has urged motorists to be cautious on roads due to fog in various coastal and inland areas of the country.

The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) urged motorists to be cautious on roads due to fog at various coastal and inland areas of the country.

Fog and mist engulfed parts of the UAE on Wednesday morning, including Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
In a statement on Wednesday, the NMCS said that there is a chance of fog and mist formation especially towards the west. The relative humidity is likely to increase during the night and tomorrow early morning over most coastal and internal areas, with a chance of fog/mist formation over scattered areas. The sea will be slight to moderate in Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
 
The sea will be rough in Arabian Gulf and moderate to rough at times in Oman Sea.

The statement added that on Thursday and Friday, the conditions are likely to remain the same.
