Two injured in car accident
SHARJAH - Two Pakistani nationals were injured seriously yesterday after their car flipped over, hitting a cement barrier and four cars parked on the roadside in Sharjah Industrial Area No. 1.
The accident occurred around 1.30am. Qadi Hassan Khaled, 29, who was driving the car at high speed lost control over the vehicle which flipped over, police said. The other passenger was identified as Osman Zafar who was sitting in the font seat.
Personnel from the Al Gharb police station, Anjad and rescue units reached the spot and shifted the two to Al Kuwaiti Hospital. They are admitted in the ICU.
