New parking fees in Ajman

Ajman - The parking tickets will cost Dh2 in the morning and Dh1 in the evenings.

Ajman residents now have to pay for parking on Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuiami Road. This will help investors near the Ajman Chamber of Commerce.
Parking tickets will now cost Dh2 per hour in the morning and Dh1 in the evenings.
Yahya Al Reyaysa, director-general of the Ajman Municipality, said the project will help the police better regulate parking, especially in highly congested areas.
He added that the project was executed in response to the demands of people who requested organised parking in residential areas to avoid exploitation of parking spaces by some people.
New machines have been installed as per instructions of Shaikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department.
