According to details on the company's website, patrons renting out villas in Layan and Shorooq properties.
A three-bedroom villa in Layan comes at Dh160,000, while a four-room property in the same area will cost Dh165,000 a year, according to information displayed on the website.
A similar offer is available on three- and four-bedroom villas in Shorooq, where tenants will have to pay Dh160,000 and Dh175,200 per year, respectively.
