The Abu Dhabi Police have arrested a 28-year-old driver and seized 532 narcotic pills that he allegedly intended to sell in Al Ain.
According to Colonel Sultan Suwayeh Al Darmaki, Chief of Anti-Drug Section at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), the police received information that the suspect had the stash of pills and intended to promote and sell it.
The police located the Pakistani suspect and kept him under surveillance. He was arrested in Al Ain with 11 rolls of plastic containing narcotic pills. A further 43 rolls were hidden in his vehicle.
