Federer to hold tennis clinic in Abu Dhabi

Mubadala, on Monday, launched a prize draw for ten places at an exclusive tennis clinic with Roger Federer, the current World No 2 and 16-time Grand Slam winner.

Prize draw winners will also receive four tickets to the tournament’s opening day.

To enter, hopefuls need to answer the following question: Where is the Mubadala World Tennis Championship taking place? with the options being The International Tennis Complex, Zayed Sports City, Emirates Palace or Yas Island.

The lucky winners will be picked at random and will be informed if they have been successful no later than December 28. Entrants should email their answers, together with contact details, to tennis@mubadala.ae.

The tennis clinic will take place on December 30, between 10 a.m and 11 a.m at the Abu Dhabi International Tennis Complex, Zayed Sports City.

Kate Triggs, executive director, Mubadala Group Communications, said; “We’re committed to making opportunities available for the community to get involved in tennis.”

Mubadala’s commitment to the championship also includes the Mubadala Community Cup and Mubadala Tennis in Schools. These community initiatives, held during the build-up to the championship, have been established to cultivate greater involvement in the game across all age groups by investing in the sport’s infrastructure and providing expert coaching at the grassroots level.
