Prime Minister Imran Khan had some special advice for the Pakistan cricket team before they embarked on their England tour, followed by the ICC World Cup.
In a meeting on Friday, the PM said that team spirit played a vital role in achieving success and that champions entered the ground with complete planning and a passion for victory.

The Pakistan Cricket Team and administration of Pakistan Cricket Board met Khan at the Prime Minister Office.

The PM expressed best wishes and support for the team's success in the World Cup and said the whole nation was praying for their success.

He said representing the country - in the entire world - was a great honour. "You are ambassadors of the nation and the people have great expectations from you, and you will make the country proud with your abilities, sportsman spirit and behaviour," he said.

The prime minister, during the one hour interaction, shared his experiences with members of the cricket team and gave useful suggestions for getting success and playing a good game in the world cup.
