An Iraqi TV channel had to suspend a live interview when the 7.3 magnitude  earthquake jolted Iran-Iraq border.
A video shared on Twitter shows a news anchor in Erbil interviewing a politician from Sulaimaniyah, both located northeast of Iraq when suddenly they start to feel the tremors. The anchor and politician were shocked and panicked, according to reports in NDTV.
The anchor is heard asking the politician whether it's an earthquake happening in Sulaimaniyah.
Soon, the video shows the tremors growing intense and the politician is seen getting up from his seat and leaving in haste.
"There is also an earthquake here, I can feel it. It's too strong, without a doubt," the news presenter says.
The broadcast was stopped and the studio evacuated.
