A drone has disrupted flight operations temporarily at the Muscat International Airport on Saturday.
According to a Times of Oman report, the airport authorities announced that flight had resumed in coordination with the Public Authority of Civil Aviation and Royal Oman Police (ROP).
In an online statement Oman Airport said: "We would like to announce, in coordination with the Public Authority of Civil Aviation and Royal Oman Police, that the operations at Muscat International Airport are back to normal after the temporary suspension of all flight operations due to the confirmed visibility of a drone over the airspace."

"The concerned authorities have worked to ensure that operations return to normal in the shortest time possible," the statement added.
