RSG International's residential project Qasr Sabah in International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) is ready for handover. The Dh450 million project is 86 days ahead of the originally scheduled completion date.
Comprising three buildings with 402 apartments and four retail shops, Qasr Sabah is designed as a self-contained community.
Raj Sahni (Abu Sabah), chairman of RSG International, said: "Commencing the handover of residential units ahead of schedule is a milestone for us. It's not very often that developers hand over a project before time, which makes this a unique event for the Dubai property market.
"We've not only developed the project before time, but also ensured that our project team adheres to quality practices for a fine finished product."
Qasr Sabah recorded a near sell-out response when it was launched in February 2014. The flexible payment plan comprising 20 per cent reservation deposit and 80 per cent at handover, prompted huge demand from investors.
The project is located adjacent to Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and within easy reach of both Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai International Airport.
"While Qasr Sabah was our pioneer project, our next project in Jumeirah Village Circle will be constructed with equal commitment to quality and delivery. The details on the project will be shared soon," said Sahni.
