The temperature in UAE will be hot in general during the day time, partly cloudy at times, the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) said.
Clouds will form over some eastern areas, becoming convective at times during afternoon and might associate with rainfall, it said.

Light to moderate winds in general, freshening at times during afternoon. This may cause blowing dust over some exposed areas.
The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas, with a chance of fog/mist formation.
Sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman sea.
Winds will veer southeasterly to northeasterly, 16 - 28kph, reaching 35kph at times in the internal areas during day time.

Maximum temperatures will surge to 46°C inland, with lows of 23°C expected in the mountains.
The outlook for the next two days is more of the same, hot in general during the day time, partly cloudy  and hazy at times. Light to moderate winds freshening at times over some northern areas, causing blowing dust and sand and poor horizontal visibility over exposed areas.

On Saturday, rain lashed several locations around the emirates of Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Sharjah.

While city centres face generally hot conditions, regions such as Wadi Al Qor, Shawkah, Wadi Al Helo and Kalba witnessed torrential rains. Videos shared by Storm Centre show residents even stepping out of their vehicles to enjoy the rain. Some also took photographs of the showers.
Here are some clips of the rains.
