Back-to-school traffic woes on Dubai and Abu Dhabi roads

 The roads of the UAE were busy with traffic as schools reopened today after winter break. Slow traffic movement was reported from several parts of Dubai and Abu Dhabi this morning.
According to the reports, there was heavy traffic congestion on Sheikh Zayed Road starting from Wafi Mall towards WTC / Abu Dhabi and continued to Dubai Mall interchange.

An accident was also reported on E44 Ras Al Khor road after Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road towards Dubai Mall. Another accident occurred on E11 Al Ittihad road opposite Dubai Airport towards Deira. 
 Google live updates show slow traffic movement along Dubai-Sharjah road. Motorists are advised to drive carefully to avoid mishaps.
