The Al Maqta service has two routes: One is from Al Khor Street - DoT headquarters towards the Cooperative Society Supermarket, then to a bus stop on Road 22 in Al Maqta, and returning to Al Khor Street - DoT. The second route starts from Al Khor Street - DoT HQ to a bus stop on Road 22, towards the Cooperative Society Supermarket, and returning to Al Khor Street - DoT.
The services are scheduled with a 15-minute interval during peak hours and every 30 minutes on regular hours. It starts at 6:30am and runs until 8:00pm.
The ITC said the service is part of the Hail and Ride initiative that was earlier launched in Musaffah and Khalifa City. It is a project that is part of the ITC's strategy to create a comprehensive integration between its services and design them according to high standards and best practices.
