Expat jumps to death from 7th floor of UAE building

A 36-year-old Pakistani national died after he jumped from the seventh floor of a highrise in Sharjah and landed violently on a car parked under the building. The police said the deceased, identified as Z.S., had a heated argument with a family member, following which he jumped.
The incident was reported in the Muwaileh area.
The police said they received an emergency call at the operations room and immediately dispatched a team of officers from the criminal investigation department and paramedics to the site. The team found the man in a pool of blood and immediately rushed him to Al Kuwaiti Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The police have taken his family members into custody for interrogation to determine the reason of his suicide. The family members told the police that the deceased had heated arguments with someone, before he jumped to his death.
