Man kills friend in Dubai for sleeping on his bed

Dubai - The convict has been sentenced to three years in prison.

A Dubai criminal court found a jobless Asian man guilty of killing his roommate for sleeping on his bed in their accommodation in Al Qouz industrial zone.
The convict has been sentenced to three years in prison and deportation thereafter.
According to reports in TFT, the man confessed to beating up his roommate for sleeping on his bed. However, the man said that he did not intend to kill him, and realised he had died only when he woke up the next morning.
The Asian man fled the scene when others workers called police after they found the victim's body outside the room.
While Emarat Alyoum daily reported that the man was later found and arrested.
