Experience UAE's longest zipline in London

The move is aimed at increasing visitors from the UK to Ras Al Khaimah by 20 per cent in 2018.

Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) is taking the overseas promotion of the destination to new heights today.
In a world's first, RAKTDA is using augmented reality to give zipliners flying the world's longest, fastest city-centre zip in the heart of London a taste of the breathtaking experience of Jebel Jais Flight: The World's Longest Zipline on the UAE's highest mountain.
The "Jebel Jais Flight London" was created in partnership between RAKTDA and ZipNow London to give adventure seekers a completely unique way to experience the World's Longest Zipline in Ras Al Khaimah without leaving the country. By combining the fantastic ride of ZipNow London and the latest 360 video and Augmented Reality technologies, visitors will get the physical thrill of riding the world's longest and fastest urban zipline, near London's dynamic Southbank, whilst enjoying the views from the Guinness World Record-setting Jebel Jais Flight.
Haitham Mattar, CEO of Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority said: "One of our key areas of focus is growing our global reputation as the adventure tourism hub of the Middle East and we wanted to do something innovative to showcase the world's longest zipline to thrillseekers in London.
Jebel Jais Flight London, gives flyers a taste of Ras Al Khaimah flying high above our breathtaking mountain scenery and I hope it will inspire them to come and try the real thing for themselves. The UK is an important and growing market for us and we have significantly increased our marketing and promotional efforts to support our aim of increasing visitors from the UK to Ras Al Khaimah by 20 per cent in 2018."
