Abu Dhabi -- In partnership with Emirates Red Crescent for the second consecutive year, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi invited 500 orphans to a fun Iftar at the park’s popular Il Podio restaurant where they were immersed in the thrilling atmosphere of the world’s largest indoor theme park.
Commenting on the initiative, Victoria Lynn, Park Manager at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, said, “It gives us great pleasure to join hands with Emirates Red Crescent to celebrate the children during one of the most blessed times of the year. Ramadan is about creating smiles and spreading joy and that is something we endeavour to do every day at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. When we see smiles on their faces, we know our mission is accomplished as we want all our guests to feel part of the magical memories created under our iconic red roof.”
Berto the Mechanic and Khalil the Camel, Ferrari World mascot characters, didn’t miss out on the fun with the children, surprising the guests at Iftar and posing for fun pictures. The children then challenged each other on a number of rides before enjoying the all new play area, Junior Training Camp, at the park.
