A true Mediterranean winter holiday.

The focus of the products selected by Natuzzi Italia take inspiration from Mediterranean tradition, with the use of images which have become symbols of the local identity and its uniqueness. The architecture of the trulli, the lighting installations to celebrate local festivities, and the pumi which are used as charms for good luck, are reinterpreted with a contemporary twist.

LUMINARIE mirror by Marcel Wanders

Lights are the most common symbols of joy and festivities. Apulia holds dear its tradition of luminarie, astonishing and intricated temporary wooden structures enriched by thousands of small light bulbs. The motifs gently engraved on the smoked mirroring surface form a light decoration which frames the reflection with a magic touch.

TRULLI blankets, cushions, trays by Marcel Wanders

The epitome of Apulian architecture and the most representative building in the local culture, trulli are peculiar dwellings now famous thanks to their cone-shaped roof and their circular structure. Marcel decided to abstract the shapes of these special houses transforming them into graphic patterns to be used on a series of accessories for Natuzzi. The blanket, in pure virgin wool is enriched by minimalist and yet powerful embroidery and the same patterns can be found in the jacquard cushions and terra cotta trays.

MAGNA GRECIA cushions by Marcel Wanders

The Magna Grecia cushion series' printed motif is inspired by a sumptuous wooden ceiling with golden hexagonal coffers, typical of the Baroque churches of Salento. The pattern is repeated shading or placed in the centre and shaded, creating a mystical optical effect.

DANDY candleholder by Marcel Wanders

Carved using water machines and hand finished in Trani stone, Dandy consists of five differently shaped candle holders reminiscent of the Alberobello skyline characterised by trulli. Their natural colour with irregular veining of different intensity makes each piece truly unique.

CAPAS vases by Ugo La Pietra

The capasone is a clay vessel for wines and oils typical of the Mediterranean area today is used as a decorative element of the splendid Apulian gardens. Ugo La Pietra enhances the hand-turned clay vase with a matte finish and an engraving that becomes poetry: "Born from the Earth, Lives for the Earth, Dies in the Earth".

TRULLINI candles and perfumes

Handmade products that contain scented candles or interior fragrances, Trullini is composed of five olfactory areas recognisable by the colour and the top shape. Perfumes available: bitter orange and pepper, bamboo, citrus, fresia, tangerine and vanilla.

PUMO

The pumo, is a budding flower, a symbol of new life and emerges from an ancient Apulian tradition. Pumo is made with artisan techniques handed down over time into the skilled hands of Apulian potters, is made of ceramic and is available in different finishes.

VICO lamp by Victor Vasilev

The Vico lamp is a genuine luminous sculpture with a strong visual impact. The structure and shade of the Vico lamp are in painted metal; the shade features a round Plex top for a softer light. Available in different finishes and different sizes.
