This was announced after entering into an agreement by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to franchise London Dairy ice cream outlets in the UAE.
London Dairy property of IFFCO Group of Companies is one of the leading premium ice cream brands in the GCC and is known for its opulent taste and original recipes. The brand is already featured in the Top Malls in Dubai and is looking at strengthening its presence in the Ice Cream Parlour segment in the GCC.
“We strongly believe that this tie-up is a step forward in quenching the preferences of consumers through the superior products of London Dairy,” Tablez Food Company chief executive officer Shafeena Yusuff Ali said.
“We plan to open at least 30 London Dairy franchise outlets to cater to the needs of the consumers in the UAE within the next three years,” she added.
Under this agreement, IFFCO will facilitate the expansion of London Dairy by Tablez Food Company through the franchisee route in the UAE. The senior management of Tablez Food Company and IFFCO were present on the occasion.
“We were impressed by the latest venture of Tablez “Bloomsbury’s Cup Cakes”, the high quality operations and service standards convinced us that we were entrusting the brand in promising hands,” Sudhir Chavan managing director IFFCO Group quoted.
The MoU was signed by Vinay Lall, general manager of Tablez Food Company and Chavan of IFFCO in Sharjah. Tablez Food Company, apart from Bloomsbury’s, also has other multi-concept restaurants such as Peppermill, De Thali, and Tanjara restaurants spread across various Emirates in the UAE.
