Huge potential seen in UAE’s ICT sector

The UAE is a big potential market for the ICT sector in Gulf countries and is growing rapidly, according to top officials of Taiwan-based DrayTek Corporation and its distributor in the Middle East, DVCOM Technology.

DrayTek launched its latest network product solutions for small business in Dubai last December for the Middle East market.

“The response to our products is phenomenal and that’s the reason the company is rewarding its channel partners,” DrayTek senior regional manager Joseph Tsai said at an event in Dubai.

Witnessing the strong demand of broadband networking solutions in the rapidly-growing ICT sector in the UAE and the region and in light of the predicted economic growth with World Expo 2020 coming to Dubai, DrayTek sees the need to incentivise its sales channel to keep expanding its sales engines.

“We would like to cordially invite all our existing and new channel partners, i.e. system integrators and technology retailers, who we believe have most professionally helped us in reaching our regional goals, to join this campaign to search the ‘DrayTek Channel Champ’,” Tsai said.

DrayTek, in partnership with DVCOM Technology, announced the launch of the new region-wide campaign to search the DrayTek Channel Champ, identifying and rewarding channel partners who excel in sales performance.

DrayTek, with sustaining the market’s cultivation via its partnership with DVCOM Technology, and continuously endeavoring itself to deliver superior-quality networking access gateway and data management solutions to each of its esteemed customers, has seen a considerable growth in demand in the regional market in last few months, especially in the DrayTek Vigor series.

The Taiwanese company’s new products include: Vigor2830n Plus, the most-recommended and the best ADSL2/2+ VPN/firewall router for SMB; Vigor2912n, the ultra-fast performance broadband router for fibre-feeded office/building deployment; VigorAP800, the optimum business and small office access point solution; and VigorACS/SI: the auto configuration system for central management over variety scales of networking.
