Etihad Airways, ADUKG sign MoU to boost cooperation
ABU DHABI - Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group (ADUKG), a group of institutes aligned with Abu Dhabi University, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Etihad Airways, the national Airline of the United Arab Emirates, to boost bilateral cooperation in human resources and administrative development and training.
The aim of the MoU is to establish a framework for future collaboration and the nature of the joint activities between the two organisations in the field of career guidance and recruitment services including leadership, languages and general work skills development.
According to the agreement, ADUKG will support Etihad in various areas to build successful future careers in the field of aviation.
These areas include achieving Etihad Emiratisation recruitment strategy, carrying out research into areas of common interest, enhancing the skills and productivity of staff that will promote success in Etihad, delivery of English courses, leadership and vocational programs adapted for the region. They will also collaborate on how to raise the profile of both organisations within the UAE and GCC regions, and participation on national and international projects.
