Dubai: Calicut Notebook, one of the most popular Indian restaurant serving lip smacking Malabar/Kerala cuisine opened its newest outlet in Lulu Hypermarket, Qusais. The new branch is launched in association with Tablez Food Company, the F&B division of Lulu Group.
Located in the first floor of Lulu Hypermarket with a capacity of 170, Calicut Notebook will be serving a wide range of Kerala delicacies, especially from the Malabar region, which is distinctly different from food elsewhere in India because of its regional influence and flavour. The recipes, taste, name and cooking style of each dish at Calicut Notebook is unique.
Apart from the appetising signature Notebook Kerala Fish Curry Meals, Chicken & Mutton Dum Biryani, Karimeen Thappu Vattichathu and Neyppaayasam, the restaurant also offers imaginative and skilful fusion with Japanese and French Cuisines aptly named “Notebook Fusion”. “Notebook Fusion” boasts of a delectable spread of exotic fusion delicacies such as Pazahassi Salad, Pandana’s Chicken, Blanket Fish Fillet, Thai Mango Salad, Crab Kadappuram, Notebook Yakitori, Chicken Screwdriver, Shrimps in Avacado and Notebook Dankitori amongst others.
