It is surprising that former Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari wants to resume his political career.
I think there is no need for him to jump into politics. He had been co-chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party but had to step down when he became president of Pakistan. He should know that the seat of the president has some dignity. During his presidency he didn’t heed the needs of the public, his tenure was not effective and he faced much criticism. Now Zardari should not be hungry for power once again.
