Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said the fake news spreading by a section of the Indian media about Abu Dhabi Crown Prince is an insult to all Indians.
In a Facebook post, Vijayan slammed the attempt by certain forces who have been trying to help the ruling BJP by spreading lies and false propaganda.
He pointed out the new development is not an isolated incident.
It is a deliberate agenda to gain political mileage, Vijayan wrote.

Some Indian media published a video clip claiming that His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, had chanted a Hindu prayer during a ceremony organised by a Hindu group in UAE.
The video was spread around the time of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's state visit to the UAE.
