Video: Bride stuck in rising floodwaters on wedding day

Bogota - She and her wedding party were in the road when the floodwaters hit.

A bride in New Jersey was rescued after getting caught in the rising flood waters.
She, the groom and her wedding party had been on their way when they got stranded in the rain. 
The Bogota Police were called in and pulled the bride and the rest of the party out of harm's way.
"Obviously things did not go as planned," a statement on their Facebook page reads, "but we were able to help them through their first rough patch."  
Rains of more than 12 centimetres had been flooding motorways.
