Art, they say, has the power to heal and spread love and joy among those who view it. Keeping this in mind 18 child artists, ranging from 5 to 13 years of age, will be exhibiting their paintings in Dubai next week. The varied artworks, all of which tell a unique story of love, will be displayed at an exhibition ‘Love Stories’ at The Oberoi Dubai from January 16 till Feb 10.
This is an initiative between The Oberoi Dubai and online art website Artezaar.com. Building on the positive vibes of the Tree of Joy Art Exhibit, this exhibition brings together the families of Dubai.
This exhibition aims to bring together the beauty of emotions especially collaboration, creativity, expression, team work and above all, the vibes of happiness and joy.
It will be inaugurated by Bollywood actor Amit Sadh. Amit has appeared in movies like Sultan, Gold, Super 30, and successful web series like Breathe, Avrodh: The Siege Within and soon to be released Jeet Ki Zid on Zee5. Amit recently won the Best Actor (Supporting Role) Award at Flyx Filmfare OTT Awards held in December 2020 for Breathe: Into the Shadows.
“At Artezaar, we love empowering kids through art. It’s amazing how every single piece carries so much meaning, and how uniquely every child has translated what Love means to them. We are grateful to The Oberoi Dubai for partnering with us to help showcase these beautiful paintings, and to Amit Sadh for being with us and supporting our child artists,” says Leena Kewlani, co-founder of Artezaar.com Art Gallery.
