From Sunday through to Wednesday Mall of Emirates isn't just one of Dubai's biggest fashion destinations - it also transforms itself in the morning into a fitness hub with free classes. So really, no excuse not to get that beach body ready.
Complimentary water, mats, dumb bells and other fitness accessories are provided and an inspirational teacher whose looks and body could walk off a magazine cover, will put you in the mood to get motivated.
I took a FlyBarre class and being reasonably active myself (although I'm sure I could definitely push the barriers higher) this class was well formatted for all levels. If you would say your completely out of action maybe start with the "Mall Walking" as "FlyBarre" did require some coordination. There is also "FlyWheel" and "MallCircuit" classes which by the titles suggest a little more of a challenging work out.

FlyBarre was a cross between pilates and weight training yet one attendee stated that during the last class actual metal barres were used, suggesting more weight bearing and lifting could be incorporated within some classes.

Lucky for all this is going to be an on going set up. But my best advise is to take advantage of these fun, free classes. Your body, mind and bank account will be a lot more satisfied the sooner you get involved.
Meeting point: Mall of The Emirates, next to Haagen Dazs Ice Cream Shop (try not to be tempted beforehand).
Timings: Sunday - Wednesday 8.30am onwards. However do check MOE website as slight changes to timing can occur
