A number of national matters and the UAE’s sustainable development taking place under the prudent directives of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, were discussed during their meeting at the Dubai Executive Bureau headquarters at Emirates Towers, in the presence of Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and Shaikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid accompanied Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed in a tour of the offices of the presidency of the Cabinet and the Secretariat General of the Cabinet at Emirates Towers.
While there, they both greeted male and female staff members and interacted with them on the progress of work and their day-to-day national assignments, aimed at achieving the highest levels of government performance and providing the best services to the public at ministries through following up on the performance at these bodies and maintaining electronic communication channels.
They praised the efforts of the staff at the presidency of the Cabinet and its Secretariat General who had proved their efficiency in completing preparations for the first Government Summit in Dubai which succeeded in producing fruitful results for the development of government work and achieving the highest levels of transparency and customer service.
Also present at the meeting were Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister for Cabinet Affairs; Lt-General Musabbah Rashid Al Fattan, Director of the Dubai Ruler’s Office; Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of the Diwan of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince; Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Director for the Department of Protocols and Hospitality in Dubai; and other senior officials. They also praised the national youth who attended the summit or took part in organising the event. —
