RAK Ruler names new judges
His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, issued an Emiri decree appointing Councillor Mohammed bin Hamoudah Al Sherif as judge at the RAK Cassation Court.
The Ruler also issued two other decrees appointing Judge Redha bin Ali Al Tarabulsi a judge at the RAK Primary Court and Faisal bin Al Azhar a first attorney at the emirate’s Public Prosecution.
The Ruler welcomed the new councillors who took the oath of office before him at the Emiri Court, and asserted his pride at the independence of the judiciary and the rule of law.—
