Khalifa gets message from Ahmadinejad
The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has received a message from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest.
The message was delivered by Iranian Ambassador to the UAE Mohammed Reda Fayyad to Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, at the Presidential Palace here on Wednesday.
The Iranian envoy conveyed the congratulations of President Ahmadinejad to Shaikh Khalifa on the UAE’s 41st National Day.
Rashid Saeed Al Ameri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs for Government Coordination Sector, attended the meeting.
