FNC Minister visit Dubai Statistics Center to review best practices

Dubai - The Ministry of State for Federal National Council delegation visits Dubai Statistics Center to review best practices.

A delegation of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs visited Dubai Statistics Center, as part of the ministry's keenness to keep pace with best practices.
The visit saw the delegation, headed by Abdullah Al Abdouli Director of Human Resources, exchange experiences with institutions in the field of human resources to improve the performance of the Ministry's teams.
The Center recently won the Job Happiness Award for the fifth time in a row at the Dubai Government Excellence Programme.
The team viewed methodologies and practices applied by the Dubai Statistics Center in the field of human resources to create a healthy environment.
It was also introduced to the most important initiatives launched by the human resources department to support innovation and motivate employees to adopt it as an institutional culture and daily work style at the center.
