Shaikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council on Wednesday unveiled Ajman Vision 2021.
The emirate’s development will be centred on four pillars — creating a happy society, building a green economy, promoting governmental excellence and spirit of the union.
Shaikh Ammar said: “The process of development never stops and it has no end. Our leaders work on making the UAE one of the best countries in the world. The UAE’s 50th anniversary will coincide with Ajman Vision 2021.”
Saeed Saif Al Matrooshi, Secretary-General of the Ajman Executive Council, presented details of Ajman Vision 2021. He highlighted the vision’s human factor and stressed on creating happiness and maintaining the well-being of the people.
Earlier at the launch of the Ajman Vision, His Highness Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, said the UAE’s development was a model for Arab countries and the rest of the world.
“Late Shaikh Zayed was interested in creating a modern nation which had its own status in Arab countries. Today, we exert all efforts with our rulers to achieve that dream,” said Shaikh Humaid in a recorded video address.
The Ajman Government will adopt a model of excellence, and encourage a stronger role for the private sector in social development.
