According to the BBC, CEO Roger Whiteside announced that his firm would pay employees for their contract hours if they chose to isolate themselves from work to prevent the spread of coronavirus.  (Coronavirus outbreak: All the latest updates)
"Our default position is that we pay contract hours. We don't have any zero contract hours," he said.
He said the policy could be reviewed if coronavirus became a "big problem".
The policy comes in contrast with many other firms, who have announced that staff would be paid the legal minimum sick-leave pay if they had to self-isolate.
Wetherspoons, one of the UK's largest employers, announced that their staff would be subjected to the above in cases of self-isolation.
