MBRF donates Dh1m to boost Fujairah’s education
The Mohammed bin Rashid Foundation (MBRF) has donated one million dirhams to the Emirate of Fujairah to contribute to efforts to improve education in the emirate.
The donation is in line with directives by the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to support education in the UAE as part of a national strategy to optimise performance.
The donation was announced at a meeting between Ibrahim Bu Melha, Deputy Chairman of the MBRF’s board of trustees, and a delegation led by Rashid Obaid Al Hafeeti, Head of Fujairah Council for Education Care and Academic Affairs, on Thursday.
