In the first incident, a 33-year-old man from Ghana died in Hamriya sea waters while a Nepalese man aged 25 years died off Al Mamzar beach in the afternoon hours. The body of the Ghana national was recovered and taken to Shaikh Khalifa Hospital in Ajman while the body of the Nepalese was taken to Kuwait Hospital in Sharjah. A police spokesman said that in both cases the rescuers tried to save the men but found them dead.
