According to the case, which dates back to November last year, one of the brothers identified as S.A., blackmailed the woman, the wife of his ex-employer, saying he would circulate a video footage of her unless she paid him $1 million.

The two others, S.A.’s brother N.A. and the Egyptian businessman M.M., 29, are accused of helping and abetting S.A. in trespassing into the housewife’s villa in Al Khawaneej and intruding in her private life. Both brothers, aged 30 and 23, work in the armed forces. The verdict is subject to appeal within 15 days at the Court of Appeal.
