Dubai - The 37-year-old man has been charged with breaching a woman's modesty and gaining access to a women-only place.

A security guard, who allegedly took a peep at a 60-year-old woman as she showered, stood trial in the Court of First Instance on Sunday.
The 37-year-old Pakistani man has been charged with breaching a woman's modesty and gaining access to a women-only place.
The case dates back to May 3.
The Pakistani housewife said in the public prosecution investigation she was at a swimming pool when the accused went to her around 10pm and told her to leave. "I went to the locker room to take a shower and heard a sound behind me. I looked around and saw ... the guard," she said.
She said she saw him looking at her from above the door. "He was leaning on the door with his chest."
When she questioned him, he reportedly told her she had to leave as his shift was over. She told him her son would come to pick her up. She screamed as he turned the lights off inside the room, after which he turned them back on.
When she reached home, she told her daughter about the incident. They then registered a complaint with the police.
The guard reportedly admitted in the investigation to have followed the woman from the swimming pool to the locker room. He also confessed to watching her she took a shower.
The court will pronounce a verdict on August 23.
