Maid abuses sponsor's son, films him naked in Dubai

A maid has stood trial at the Dubai Court of First Instance for allegedly abusing her sponsor's 7-year-old son. According to public prosecution records, the 35-year-old Filipina recorded an inappropriate video clip of his with her mobile phone.
When the boy's father had taken the maid to Al Rashidiya police station with a complaint, he found that the maid had filmed and saved a clip of his son naked. She allegedly kept repeating 'I love you' in the clip.
The maid is accused of exploiting the boy in filming, recording or producing porn material.
She is also charged with physically assaulting the child.
In their charge sheet, prosecutors referred to the video as a "porn clip". They are seeking the strictest legal penalty against the maid, who has been in detention since the complaint was lodged.
She denied the charges in court.
The boy's father, a 32-year-old Comoros Islands passport holder, said he was at his house in Al Warqa on August 28. "It was around 11.30am when I heard my son screaming. When I went to check on him, I saw that the maid had beaten him with a broomstick. The latter confessed to that."
The father took her to the police station after.
During the police interrogation and public prosecution investigation, the defendant admitted to the charges.
A forensics report with the seized material has been enclosed to the case file.
The trial will continue on November 5.
