Tyger joined the sponsor’s team on four points in Group B after an eight-wicket win over Adgas. Umair Khan produced a fine all-round performance claiming four for 17 from his four overs and contributing under a run-a-ball 34.

Yogi remained the only unbeaten team in Group C. They defeated Phoenix Medicine by 48 runs with major contributions from Shaimon Butt, who stroked 86 from 49 deliveries, and a combined seven wickets from Mohammed Ajmal and Salman Faris.

Butt hit 11 fours and a couple of sixes, and shared an entertaining 86-run stand for the second wicket with Swapnil Patil, who chipped in with a useful 32 with a couple of hits to the fence and one clearing the field.
