Salman Faris (73 off 81 balls with eight fours and one six) and Asif Mumtaz (23 off 37 balls) also joined the party to add to the agony of a struggling Phoenix Medicines attack. Irfan Ansari took two wickets for 52 runs, but his spell failed to stop the run riot.
Phoenix Medicines, in reply, were shot out for 77 in 19 overs with Arshad Iqbal picking up four wickets for just 18 runs while Mohammed Ajmal snared for 14. Asif Mumtaz top-scored with 23, but Phoenix Medicines were never in the hunt.
